Anyone else see the true side of family during their pregnancy and postpartum phase? Hi Fishes - Recently I got offer from SAP labs
YOE - 14 years
Tech stack - Java, AWS, devops & microservices
Current CTC - 20 LPA (current year appraisal is pending).
SAP offer TCTC - 54.4 LPA
Fixed - 36.5 + 6.5 variable+4 joining Bonus+1.6 stocks per year.
Benefits - 5.8 (higher education is 5 lakhs which is almost useless).

USA offer is 85k USD, however it is not from my current company. It is from consultancy. So, I need to bear insurance myself.
