We have “unlimited pto” so I used around 6 weeks last year

like

I have 10 days a year. Use one or two days a year.

like

21 this year. None of it rolls over, so I'm taking two vacations and saving the rest to use around the holidays. How about you?

like

15 days 🙃

Unlimited & take as much as I want as long as my assignments are caught up.

22 vacation days, 15 holidays, and unspecified sick days.

22 PTO - rolls
13-15 holiday - per fiscal year
Unlimited sick

Right now after 10 years, about 4 weeks (160 hours), and I can carry over any unused time, with a max of 2 times my annual accrual rate.

in June, when I hit 11 years, my PTO goes up to 168 hours.

When I first started it was 3 weeks (120 hours).

This doesn't include the 10 holidays we have off

21 days plus bank holidays and usually 1.5 weeks off around Christmas. I'm off tomorrow and heading to France for a little over a week 🥳 I am in desperate need of a break.

Have an interesting scenario. Holiday party season is approaching. At one of our parties (during working hours) there is an optional “talent show.” Employees can win door prizes. We have an entry that is a religious song - like one you would sing in church. I assume we need to let this employee perform this - or we are setting ourselves up for trouble. Likewise, if we permit this song, I assume we cannot compel attendance to the talent show. The talent show is part of a lunch thing.

I am just unsure whether to accept the offer as I was waiting for kpmg reply as I want B4 on my resume which apparently is a big deal. Is BT also good on resume for future employers ??
