How many feel that these days HRs just call you for interview to get information on your projects that you are working?

Hello Guys,

Currently I am working as People Partner (Human Resource) with Byju's at Kolkata office and I am actively looking to shift to Bangalore.
I tried applying almost everywhere but no luck yet.

It would be really helpful if anyone can refer me in their respective organisation for any role in the HR domain.

I had a first interview last Tuesday with Amazon, which I think went well, although I still haven't heard back 6 days later and then got an OOO annual leave msg and a no response when I chased up the named colleague today. Is this typical behaviour others have experienced when dealing with the big tech company recruiters? I found Google and Facebook recruiters to be efficient and TikTok so-so, if not a little slow, but 6 days+ seems poor.

Has anyone gone through BDO associate interview case study step ? I have my case study scheduled end of week and I am wondering if anyone has gone through it and advice how shall I prepare. The role is in capital advisory

Currently interviewing and have been rejected by a lot of companies. This is either because I failed some assessment of theirs or fucked up their interview. I feel rejected and super depressed.. Any advice?

hiya fishes. happy friday! sorry if this isnt the right bowl, but this is in regards to vacation time. i have an interview process starting next week, and wondering when it would be good to mention i would be OOO between the middle of the month in september? its for a week. im unsure if i can twist this to have a start date once im back. going back and forth on being transparent vs. mentioning it later on. thoughts?

Any books/self help materials for someone who is constantly worrying (and waste a lot of unnecessary time)? E.g. No matter if i pass or fail an interview, there is always something to worry about. The worrying/anxiety multiplies when I proceeded further in the interview stages. Now that I signed the offer and is pending background checks, my anxiety is off the roof as it itches closer to my starting date.

In the beginning of my career I absconded 1 company who had 3 years bond and I worked there for 5 months.
