How many hours do you work a week (on average)? I see a lot of people talk about working 60-80 hour weeks, and wondering if that’s truly the norm.

I’m at a mid size transactional firm. I’m a total night owl and my partners have OK’d me starting the workday at around 11am because I regularly work until midnight or later. I get so much more done after dark! I still get some side eye from other associates, but 🤷🏽‍♀️

Does anyone else here have an unusual work schedule? Curious what adjustments you’ve made to make it work.

I'm currently Working at ntt data business solutions. I'm quite underpaid with about 57k goal salary. - 52k fix and 5k Bonus. With 3years expierence in sap consulting mm/ sd 5 years as a key User in a DAX Company and a M.Sc. in IT Mamagement.
I'm thining about apply for a job at the SAP directly or going into a supply chain role.
My goal is a good work life Balance, traveling at least 1 time a Month international and a salary of about 85k.

Hi All. I am currently working in Oracle as QA analyst 2. I have 3.4 years of experience. Oracle has great wlb but the techstack is Robot Framework and my domain is telecom. When, or if you set time aside to take care of yourself or do something for yourself, what do you do? I'm realizing I don't really have any "healthy" ways of relaxing outside of work, so drop whatever you got. It's starting to affect my personal life and I'm worried I won't be able to have healthy relationships unless I can take care of myself first.

I like my team and work life balance, during the pandemic was very beneficial to my wellbeing. However feel I owe it to myself now, to be earning what I’m worth in the market (I’m underpaid by a fair bit) especially with inflation costs
