How much client exposures do interns get at the Big 4? What about MBB?

I have an OL from LTI with a CTC-20 Lpa..As my mother had brain surgery, i need to be with her. i have asked HR to provide WFH. Does LTI support in these kinds of cases?? I have also asked HR to set up a call with the Project Manager.

Is there a point in reaching out to HR if I am being mentally tortured in the project. I received an offer from IBM Bangalore. However I saw openings at my preferred location Kochi only after the interviews. I called the HR after getting their point of contact mail and I asked if it's possible to switch. They said I'm already tagged to a project and that they'll check from their end if it can be done.

How to deal with people flirting with you at work.

I have been offered a position at a non-US B4 with a 2 year path to partner. I know one of the partners at the local firm and have the support of the regional service line lead, and am bringing a specialized skill set they are trying to open a new business around. The KPIs seem achievable and I’ll be in charm school to help build support within that timeline. Most of me thinks a 2 year path under these circumstances realistic but my inner skeptic is jaded. Hello fishes, recently I have received the job offers from Akamai & Nasdaq with kind of equivalent pay. I've an experience of 2.7 yrs in Java Backend. In Nasdaq, I feel the project is slightly on better side and also domain driven in comparison of Akamai. The only thing that is troubling me is 90 days notice policy in Nasdaq. Just want to check if it's a bad thing or would it still be worthy against the project & domain.

That base salary is lower than my previous base by a significant amount by 32.7%

I work at a small, 3 lawyer firm. One of the lawyers is not barred in the state we practice. Because of this, the managing attorney has been having him draft motions and other legal documents and use my name and bar number and having me file them because I will have to appear in court for the matter. Is this normal? I am not provided time to review the materials before I file them so I end up working longer days because I am nervous to file something using my name and bar number.

I want to join a start up in my industry but I need to rescind a job acceptance from a more establish company. I resigned from my old job and didn’t start the new job yet. Is the non compete I signed, as part of the job offer acceptance for the position with the bigger company, enforceable if I rescind my job acceptance before I actually start a new job? I had two recruiters today reschedule a meeting. And this is the second time rescheduling. Honesty, not sure what value recruiters bring. Is this common now? Is it hard to have respect for people’s time and their schedule? Reschedule once I can understand. But twice is just stupidity. I hope AI wipes out all bad recruiters who don’t give af. Sorry for the vent. Maybe it’s just my bad luck then.

My AD coworker (not currently my partner) just got hired at a new agency and wants to bring me along as his writer. I'd love to join. He told the recruiter at that agency about me and sent my book. I also have another former coworker (creative) who put in a good word for me.
