Don't listen to del1, EY is fine and plenty ppl from other firms jump there for the same reasons they leave EY....money or promotion opportunity. We all share the same clients and the work doesn't differ by much. I hear EY pays pretty well, I'd ask for 125-135 there.
I came to EY from ACN and the expenses here blow! Every single thing is reviewed and escalated & usually declined.. It's very annoying, meals are actuals so you only get reimbursed for breakfast and dinner.. But I enjoy the people I work with and the actual work so it all depends I make 105k no MBA
Don't go to EY some of their offices don't have color printers and they scrutinize every little legit expense. Plus you already work for the best, why would you want to work with people that had to accept EY jobs because they couldn't even interview at Deloitte? Sure you might feel smarter than everyone, but the headaches aren't worth it...
Another thing, bonuses at Accenture blow...so just prepare for that. #publiccompanyproblems
There's no senior consultant at Accenture. So I'm gonna assume the consultant position since you guys don't have senior analysts. The pay ranges from 90-135 depends on practice, years at level, etc
Also one thing to add about Accenture, is if ur experienced u get years at level which make u eligible for promotion quicker. I feel like some firms make u start over if u jump to a lateral position
Guess they didn't perform well last year ^^
Ya. And above for 2014 with 0% raise and 2% bonus
Can you guys elaborate on the brackets?
Following
TC resources. And I will leave, have my resume updated. Just waiting for my promo this year then I can start applying with my new title for an additional pay bump.
My gf is a TC senior analyst in utilities, we joined at the same time. She makes 85K which I assume is the top bracket
A2 is correct about years at level. Major benefit esp for experienced consultants as u can jump to Manager
Hahah I got an above rating, but every one seemed to avg around 5%, at least the ones below manager. Raises were solid last year, ranged from 8-10%.
Sig above here. 2% raise and 1% bonus last year 🙄
^for 2015??
What practice is this?? Surprised u haven't left yet
It means ACN 1 is at the top of the bracket so my guess is an MBA consultant.
You're TC? What level?
Top bracket would justify the low pay bump but def not the low bonus
Joined as an analyst in 2014, college hire no MBA. In the 2014 cycle, got rated above and promo to senior analyst as part of the automatic promo Accenture did, with 2% raise and 0% bonus (got it mixed up in above comment). In the 2015 cycle, got rated sig above with a 2% raise and 1% bonus.
