Hi all, recently in touch by Spotify recruiter for a Sec Engineer position for remote EU and was told that range was 60-80 out of base salary and equity. Had 2 years of security experience out of my 4 years. Was also told that there is no bonus scheme or no sign in bonus 😕 Not sure how I feel about this tbh.
What do you think?

My job offers quite a bit. I am afraid to take it because if my power or internet goes out it is used since I work from home. I got sick last year ended up in the hospital and ended up with attendance points because I did not have enough time to cover my absence because of internet an power issues.
My company starts with 14 PTO days and 10 paid holidays your first year. Every year after that you earn 6 more PTO days a year until your 4th year, unsure what happens after that. We can roll over 5 (If I'm remembering the number correctly) days into the new year. I use all of it.
Lol at the Americans who measure PTO in hours. UK here, 28 days PTO + 8 national holidays + unlimited sick leave.
160 hrs Vacation, 80 hrs sick time, 24 hrs personal, 8 hrs volunteer. And all holidays. I use all and just roll over sick time for the following year before April and use the remaining “sicktime” as an extra vacation time.
120 hrs of vacation
80 hours of company shut down paid time off (Xmas week and Fourth of July week)
12 paid holidays
8 hrs of volunteer time
I take it all and encouraged to see how many people on the thread are taking it all :)
Unlimited. I don’t monitor my time off. I take what I need when I need it.
And this is why I can never leave my current company, my pto/sick time is too good to leave.

As a private wealth advisor, where my comp is based off of my production, we don’t have any limits on vacation days. I can take as many days off as I want, but I find myself usually taking 2-3 weeks off a year max.
22 business days vacation, 3 personal days 13 stat holidays, unlimited sick time
On my 2nd anniversary I get 2 weeks.... My state (WA, USA) requires I earn like 1 hr for every 40 I work so 1 week sick time... Yeah I know my union isn't helping me here!
Oh and even though I'm Hybrid, if I'm sick on an in office day, I can't WFH
