I have received offer from Wipro which is little above than the offer that I am holding but fixed pay is less. Thinking of rejecting Wipro offer. Is it better to reject or accept and then not join. Also if I reject, will there be any issue like they won't consider me in future?Tata Consultancy Wipro Cognizant Infosys

No tips but the only way is a calorie deficit which is easier to control by reducing your food intake.
I think it’s the type of food that needs to be put down—extreme calorie deficits put your body into starvation mode causing it to hold on to fat. Get rid of high fat Or processed food and eat lean meats and veggies. If you stick to 20-25g of fat a day the weight will come off
The classic knowledge on fat loss is that you need a 3,500 calorie deficit to lose 1 lbs of fat. This is actually an UNDERestimate of how big your calorie deficit needs to be, but let’s go with that.
You want to lose 5 lbs a week. That’s 17,500 calorie deficit a week (and, again, realistically it’s higher than that), which is a 2,500 calorie deficit a day.
Many people don’t even burn 2,500 calories a day. As in, you could starve for 3 weeks and still not hit that deficit.
If you’re trying to lose fat (not just water weight and muscle) and not crash your body, I’d say: no, it’s not possible to lose 15 lbs in 3 weeks.

I’m glad you said this. People suggesting workouts have no idea what they’re talking about. It’s not healthy and not really possible either.
Former wrestler. Something that generally helps when you’re looking to lose weight and keep it off is to look at your regular routines in terms of diet AND exercise. For instance if you eat a dessert after every dinner, cutting that will reduce your stable weight. Same goes with adding one extra thing you do exercise-wise daily - although I think diet is your best bet. I’m generally against starving yourself. Just eat well, consistently and look at your routines by making a food journal or something. Weighing yourself daily will also help you pick up on how things affect your individual weight. 15 lbs in 3 wks is absolutely doable.
1 gram of protein per pound of body weight!
In order to lose weight you have to be in a caloric deficit! Figure out what your maintenance calories are (usually 10x your body weight for you 1900 calories.) I would also recommend doing some form of HIIT cardio and also getting some steps in — go for a walk during the work day or on your lunch break.
OMAD + 30 min 5k on treadmill. I’m a rice person, so couldn’t power myself to give up on it. I just had some portion control (nothing extreme though).
Lost 35 lbs in 3 months. Started at 240lbs and now starting to hit a plateau around 205 lbs.

Just buy a new suit.
Really depends what “15 lbs” means. If your only goal is to lose weight in those 3 weeks in order to fit into your old dresses, then honestly some sort of liposuction or coolsculpting procedure will be your only option if you’re trying to go down lets say 2 dress sizes (like from a L to a S, or a 10 to a 6) within 3 weeks. If your trying to reduce your dress size by MUCH MUCH less than that then some combo of intermittent fasting + vegetarian + calorie counting + working out 5x a week COULD work if you’re only trying to drop down one dress size, and will most likely work if you’re in between sizes and trying to move down to the next smaller one.
15lbs probably not doable but I lost 6lbs in 3 weeks on Noom. Highly recommend.
I lost more than this for a bet. Keto.
Speed. Or amputate a limb
Slow carb - Tim Ferriss’ 4 hour Body. Read it, live it. Lose lbs (probably not 15lbs or 20lbs) but a healthy way to do it.

Losing weight for women is a very different process than it is for men. Depending on where you carry your weight (bust, waist, or hips/thighs), your hormones are going to play a key factor in how quickly you can lose, no matter what program or diet you follow. Best suggestion is to make an appointment with a weight loss doc and have a full work up done, so they can help you design a sustainable plan that will get you where you want to be (vs. listening to a bunch of strangers on the inter webs). Realistically, you won’t get where you want to be in a month, but you’ll likely get at least halfway there if you’re diligent.
Amputation
Whatever you do won’t be sustainable and you’re likely to regain the weight and more. When you lose weight, your body’s metabolism slows down and when you gain it back it’s a bit slower than originally. Instead make life long choices that will change your health forever.
It’s been a week. Let’s get an update!
Try NOOM! It's a great app with AWESOME education about how to change your diet and keep it off. No yo-yo or "quick" fixes that just bounce back. I'm on it and lost 10lbs in a month, and still losing it, I expect to hit 15lbs in the next few weeks, and maybe even a total of 20lbs by a friends wedding in another month.
I'm also increasing my energy, feeling better about my body/exercising, eating better, uncovering my stress/food triggers and changing my mindset. Definitely recommend.

So.. OP… did you do it!
