Definitely would recommend a dermatologist as all skin types are different. Otherwise, you may end up with a product graveyard.
Azealic acid
Niacinamide supplements
Tretinoin
(All from dermatologist)
Dermablend for foundation - the leg and body is actually my favorite for my face. It goes on much smoother. I’ve been using for over 10 years. And you get 3.4 ounces for the same price.
^Tretinoin + Azealic acid did wonders for my skin
Mentor
Vitamin C serum daily! Also, I used differin and got rid of scars that way to regenerate new skin cells.
Also, use SPF DAILY!
Hydroquinone (obagi clear is great), a good vitamin c serum, and I’ve had good results with VI peel series. And most importantly, hats and sunscreen!

Maybe look into seeing a dermatologist for a consultation for laser or some type of facial treatment for hyperpigmentation. I’m not sure what your skin looks like. But, there are a lot of makeup and skin care bran that can help. Cover FX makeup and Vichy derma blend for foundation. For skin care you can try Laroche Posey. hope that helps 😊
