I have applied for jobs, forgot I applied to them because of how long it took for them to respond the n gotten interviews for them to say 2 weeks or more before they will make a decision. Then 30 days to on-board. I'm trying contract work now and now I'm told 6 months to have a full case load when in the interview they said I could have a full caseload within 2 months. Finding gainful employment is very frustrating right now.
3 months is common, but be sure to get clarification on whether you'd be paid during that time, if you're working. Otherwise, you'd have to wait 3 months to see anyone or basically work without a paycheck for the first 3 months.

Sounds right. Some places are able to get you seeing clients who are self pay, certain insurance only, or even Medicaid/government plans for lower income in the meantime. That is dependent if the agency takes those types of clients.
