Hey y’all. I went through an exceptionally traumatizing experience a few years ago that has totally & utterly shattered my confidence, self worth, self esteem etc. I have a hard time portraying my work experience + deserving of a new role.

For context, I did well in uni, got into law school but due to finances + the experience in question I didn’t end up going. Kept working in the public sector as a coordinator & now got my scrum master certificate to transfer to SM role in finance/ tech. Help

Turns out they’re all true, and I’ve had to start therapy to deal with him and the incredibly toxic environment. I’m trying to get out ASAP b/c he also has a history of firing clerks without cause or notice, but I think I’ll only be able to give two weeks notice if i get the job I’m interviewing for. Thoughts?

Mechanical engineering grad, joined a medical device startup that I had done co-ops at. 8mo into full-time, pivoted from engineering into more of an operations role doing new product introduction (NPI), now with 3 direct reports.

The combination of startup+medical device+NPI seems very unique and I'm struggling to find salary comparables. Currently making 75k but it feels very low given my new responsibility and impact. Any advice?
