Recently came across a Senior Manager opportunity with Accenture Consulting and the pay range as per posting is 142k to 292k. Can someone please let me know what would be the feasible salary to expect considering my experience? Also is Senior Manager the appropriate level for my experience or should I be aiming to get into a higher hierarchy? Thanks

So I've been at my job for 5+ years as a data analyst/back office support team. I made my way up into making a little over $40k. I've been WFH the past 2 yrs and overtime more than half my team has now been pulled out to work for a diff department which resulted in me taking 90% of our daily tasks to handle. 1- refund ALL of it even taxes Withheld ?
2- refund only the amount that was deposited in your account
3- mix between 1 and 2 refund more than was deposited but less than the whole amount ( taxes should be refunded to me next year)
