Guys there’s this boot camp that I came across that trains people to get jobs in Top consulting firms and has a fee plan wherein you pay once you get placed. I just wanted to know if someone here has any experience with this ?

I started as a Senior Associate at PwC at 34, made Senior manager at 37 (in 3 years) going up for director this year at 38 and will be pushing to become a partner at 42. It’s never late when you are following your passion, you are enjoying what you do and you are growing professionally and personally.
Nicely done. What practice. That is meteoric growth goals. I hope you get it.
Well if you refer me to BCG, I can come comfort you in person 💁♀️
Never too Late !
BCG just start over and don't make the same mistakes. Easy
Isn’t average age going into MBA programs around 27?
Yeah I’m a little confused. Avg MBA at matriculation is 28, graduate at 30, so C2 at 32 doesn’t seem weird at all. I’d say most of my C2 friends are around that. Are you outside of US, OP?
I feel you completely. Except I'm not a BCG. Hopefully this perspective makes you feel better. I (think I) wish I were at BCG.
Started as an A1 at 29 made Manager by 35. Up for Senior Manager now.
It’s an advantage being older than everyone. I found people deferred to me as the lead early on because of my age gap.
I’m applying for a C2 position at BCG now and I’m 31. I’ve felt a little weird about my age (thinking I should push for PL) but this thread has eased those insecurities. Thanks!
33 SVP (PL? equivalent) here, no shame in showing a few grey hairs. You’re likely able to bring more value to the table because of your experience.
SC at 34 - took the scenic route. It’s still early, and it’s okay
