Some initial thoughts:
1) Id tighten up the objective to be 2-3 sentences of what you’re doing and where you want to be. Also, don’t say detail-oriented twice
2) the first thing you say in your objective is that you have proven performance in management, but then don’t mention management anywhere else in your resume. If that’s true, I’d cover it in a bullet under your job, ie: “Manage three store associates” (or whatever)
3) the bullets on your Adusa position are 98% fluff - after reading it, I have no clue what you’re doing there. I’d make them more specific - ie: HOW did you maintain positive image?
4) this is minor, but it’s usually best practice to use present tense at your present job
I’d also definitely add that you’re pursuing your degree!
From your resume, there's not really any management experience listed. I see that being a big reason why recruiters wouldn't call back
I agree with Account Director 1 comments about your ADUSA content, it does not convey what you do. The first point sounds like you have a positive view of the company not that you promote a specific image of the company.
Your skills are problematic, because most are not skills. For example, you have Brand Awareness listed twice which again is not a skill. Also, anyone can provide feedback, it is not a skill. Store Displays are things, and typically it is referred to visual merchandising. You have communication listed three times. Corporate Communication is a complete department in most organizations, not a skill. Customer Experience is a concept not a skill, are you saying you have Customer Service Experience, but again not a skill and you have that already listed.
My best advise is to be short and concise, do not make the resume longer to make it sound like you have more experience than you have because it reflects poorly on you.
