I currently work as a revenue assurance analyst at an insurance aggregator. I primarily deal with data reconciliation automation projects where i gather the business rules and requirements and perform testing. I also design reports to identify and follow up on exceptions as well as reporting to summarise information. I have been working in this job for 4 years and need a change. I’ve applied for many different accounting positions as i am currently completing my cpa - with no luck. Need advice

However what im worried is after 2 years would interviewers expect me to have handled a project all alone and acted as a product owner. Thats what i sense once i have 10 YOE, if i switch it would be 6th company, (2 years break due to MBA ofcourse)

Have you used a resume writer? Was it worth it?

My SO is trying to jump from non-profit to corporate & has not found success with his current job app approach - he’d be a great candidate (obviously I’m biased) but it would take someone to take a chance on an applicant that doesn’t have a traditional background.

We started thinking a professional resume writer might have a better approach on how he should present himself in job searching
