I failed my BPT exams twice and I’m leaving the company this year, is there any recommendations for the next step? Currently I’m under work visa sponsorship so it would be make things harder.

Do you think sticking it out in BL for 8 years pays off as far as in house prospects/salary go? Or is it all kind of the same after a certain time period. I’m in privacy if that helps (all aspects-trans, regulatory, lit).

First year at Big4 tax here. I’m performing well but don’t know if I like tax as much as I thought I would. Has anyone done one year of tax and then switched over to audit? If so, how was the transition and did you stay at a first year associate level?
