I get 205k on salary in southern CA, but except health and dental doesn't see any incentives, 5 days PTO and 6 days holidays plus 3 days sick leave , 9 YOE in production management in this company which has about 100 employees, i work on different areas such as purchasing, inventory control and planing as well, do you think i am well compensated?if not what should i ask?feel burnt out.
Need to add every day I work about two hours remote from home to catch up and I am MBA student as well.

Hi all, negotiating with HR on salary for a new AS position and want to know what’s fair. I was an AE for two years, took a promotion at another agency for SAE for only 8 months and am now being recruited for AS at 80k. All of my agencies have been large, I’ve worked on pharma and a large global account, I also started “managing” at the AE level due to my team’s structure. Is $80k fair? Thanks!

My parents are dependent on me. My 62 yo dad and 57yo mom do some part time work and makes $1000/mon. Can someone point me to some material where I can read about profit sharing vs 401k. I get the concept, but I am trying to understand is 10% profit sharing vested over 5 years better than an employee 401k match of 6%?
