Expect to receive a job offer for Portfolio Manager at Empire Life. Anyone know what the compensation package should look like? Is $250k-300k base reasonable?

How bad is it if my company is not offering COL raises this year? They usually do 1-5% raises in May, but my manager tells me there will be none this year.

Finished my loop for a marketing role 2 weeks ago, and got an email the next day that they wanted to give me an offer. Had my initial call with recruiter to put the offer together. It was lower than I expected, and we ended that call positively as I needed some time to consider, and we agreed to follow up in a few days. It’s now been a week and both recruiters have been unresponsive. Did I just lose this offer bc I tried to negotiate a more equitable comp pack, or is it a slow process?

So I've been at my job for 5+ years as a data analyst/back office support team. I made my way up into making a little over $40k. I've been WFH the past 2 yrs and overtime more than half my team has now been pulled out to work for a diff department which resulted in me taking 90% of our daily tasks to handle. Question from a recent UX Bootcamp grad: I currently have a single case study in my portfolio. Upon reading somewhere that 2 case studies are required to be considered by recruiters, I stopped applying to jobs for about 2 months as I work on a second case study when I can.
