I graduated and obtained my Associate Degree for Paralegal and it’s so hard finding a good paralegal job where I live. Do anyone know any good remote entry level paralegal jobs?

When I was looking for the same I started checking sites like Indeed for remote entry-level paralegal roles and found a few like Liner Legal and Century Consulting. They don’t require much experience, just solid communication and attention to detail. Worth a look if you haven’t yet!

I tried indeed but I don’t ever hear back or they left never opened

As an entry paralegal it is hard to get a job out there however, you will. As far a being a remote entry level paralegal that may be even harder because firms what to be confident in your ability to do exactly what they want you do. Check with firms in the surrounding cities, at least, no more than an hour drive and see if they have any hybrid (if you haven't already). Check the firms websites for open positions, check with your local unemployment agency, and ask friends, neighbors, church members, gym people that you know, if they know of any. Sometimes word of mouth opens many doors. GOOD LUCK!

Remote paralegal roles are competitive, especially at the entry level, but they are out there. Have you searched beyond job boards like reaching out on LinkedIn or joining paralegal networks? Sometimes smaller firms post only in niche spaces. What kind of law are you hoping to work in? That might help focus your search.

Look for different jobs that you can gain a skill set in. In legal particularly, many firms are willing to hire legal assistants and promote them. Don't focus on getting into a good or bad firm. Focus on gaining good experience so that you can gain the skillet and pivot.

You may be aware of how competitive remote jobs are right now. As a recent grad I'd encourage you to work in the office or at least try to get a hybrid role to gain the skills and contacts needed in this field.

Hi everyone. Is it typical for the attorney to take credit for the work a paralegal does? An example: I gave some ideas about deposition questions and some observations I made (I was asked about giving suggestions) regarding a witness and the attorney mentioned that he’s the one that had these great questions/observations. Zero credit or thank you for the work I did.

Currently a paralegal at a small start up financial services company been there for just a little over a year. I wear “multiple hats” but more recently I’ve done a lot of PM work and some BA work. My position title is changing soon but I’m wondering how helpful that would be for wanting to go into PM work at a tech company. Anyone have any career pivot advice? (Also I’m only 1.5yrs old in my career so I’m definitely still new, and I have previous experience as a project assistant).
