I had an amazing review yesterday. Everything said was positive. And yet I didn’t get a promotion or even a bonus. Was told to keep trucking and should get one at some point this year. I do way more than what a jr would do at any agency and I really would like a raise and promotion. I don’t want to be taken advantage of but afraid that I won’t be hired as an AD without having that promotion first.

I have a question for my fellow PI paralegals in Texas. TPCIGA requires that we submit all medical bills through the clients insurance before proceeding further. The client in question has Aetna. It’s hard to be motivated when rounds of layoffs happen and you see all your friends leave. But one thing that’s gotten me through all of this is working out. And when I say workout I mean the most pathetic, sad, barely completed beginner-level cardio dance routines. I’ve somehow forced myself to move while on lockdown and it’s somehow forced me to feel better. Whatever you’re doing, wherever you are: get up and move even if you don’t finish or end up going on a walk. Pls take care of yourself❤️
