I have a Bachelors degree in business/accounting from overseas. Is it worth completing a Masters or MBA program in the US or should my focus be on getting my CPA? I have US accounting work experience.

I am not that smart. Got a very low score on ACT (below average). Should I even consider getting a MBA? My firm does offer sponsorship, but taking/studying for GMAT/GRE is already stressing me out.
