You can be denied unemployment benefits if you're fired for misconduct. But whether that would follow you through life is a good question. The person in that situation should talk to an employment attorney, it's possible they can fight the unemployment judgment.
I think there’s a good handful of veryyy relevant and important details needed to be able to give any advisement at all here
I've never heard of this before. I guess it totally depends on the nature of the disciplinary action and what the employee did. If they've broken codes of ethics, then maybe. But if it was more due to something about their personal performance, I think that kind of thing can be rehabilitated and those people can get hired again
I'm in the same boat, And what I will say is I was.
Denied an employment, The kicker is I was management New company came in bought. The building got rid of all the old employees and stuff it under policy. I just received the letter from unemployment and I appeal the decision. Because there wasn't underlying reason for them firing me.

What your employer told the unemployment agency determines eligibility for unemployment compensation, not future employment.

Might depend on the severity of the specific situation
CHS Hospital in Smithtown, New York…. Depending on what the department you work in their system is broken. They do things 100% unethically. I don’t know where you’re located or where you work but if it’s that place take it as a blessing otherwise try to get the benefit of the doubt and allow them to let you transfer into a different department
I honestly think that would depend on why you were terminated ultimately. Its not impossible to get hired in the field again after being fired but it depends on what you were fired for. We would need a bit more info here to be able to help you out OP

It can be challenging but not necessarily career-ending. It depends on the reason for termination and how it's presented to future employers. Serious issues like license violations or patient safety concerns can have more lasting impacts. However, if it’s a less severe issue, you can still find opportunities by focusing on growth, learning from the experience, and showing how you’ve improved. Networking and honesty go a long way in overcoming this hurdle.
Depends on the disciplinary action. Google search the limitations.
With a TIA, i was hospitalized, waiting for inpatient PT.
There are no benefits with my employer.
What benefits wouldbe

In the entire field, no. But maybe in the niche industry you work in depending on what happened.
No just don't put them on your résumé. Or if u do. Just say you quit. Nobody can ask why. They can't ask either.
Depends on the Nature. For reasons that did not result in a criminal record than yes absolutely it's easy to get another job in the Healthcare field
Nope
Not necessarily but what did you do? It all depends on what you did
