I have a Vanguard 401k 2055 Target Date Fund but seeing it’s performance recently, I’ve decided to split this up and allocate some to a more conservative 2030 Target Date Fund. Also added some Real Estate Index Fund and Mid Cap Growth to the mix to try and balance things out. Currently taking a more active approach in rebalancing my investments but aim to increase the 2055 allocation eventually. Is this a practical move considering the current times or should I keep majority on my 2055? 😩

I’ve always been a big saver minimum 15% to maxing out my 401k since I graduated college. I’m married to someone who thinks 6% is enough and likes $$$ cars. Other than the cars, they dont really spend money. For the married 🐠, how do you have the conversation with them that what they are doing isn’t enough? Do you submit fake rental receipts and owner pan card detail for HRA? Is it normal ? I see most people does in my team. They submit parents or spouse pan card number as owner pan card number to get HRA. Is it same everywhere?

Does having corporate NPS account make any difference? Ultimately we get 50k additional deduction only ,right? So between an employee giving a voluntary contri of 50k to an individual nps account and another whose employer's contri 50k to corporate account will give the same benefits, isn't this understanding correct?
