What does Amdocs provide to a 2.6 YOE candidate?
Hello All,
I have recently joined FIS Global around end of April. My mother recently met with an accident and she needs to be operated.
I haven't been able to update the anything regarding the insurance part yet on FIS portal.
Will my mother's treatment be covered under the insurance? If yes, what's the procedure for the same? What are the documents that I need to submit in order to claim the amount?
Can anyone please guide?

I just started a generic adderall last week. It's wild. Suddenly, tasks that felt hard and that had been lingering on my to-do list for weeks felt manageable. My list is basically gone now. My thoughts are less chaotic / more ordered. I've received the best compliments of my work life since last week. I've been on SSRIs for a looooong time, but this is wholly new (and wonderful) experience.
I forgot it today and am struggling at the office. It’s literally like night and day. I was easily productive and focused earlier this week but had been taking it consistently.

ADHD isn’t a personal failing. Your brain’s chemistry is off. Once I started taking medication, I felt like I had been going through life blind-folded with one arm tied behind my back and was suddenly free. There were some tears. Some anger. But general happiness and hope.
Unfortunately your journey is just beginning. There’s no magic pill and now you have the biggest puzzle of all to solve. You need to figure out: what dosage to take, when to take it, when/what to eat and drink, all so you can maximize the effectiveness without getting jitters and being up all night. It’s very much an experiment.
Do yourself a favor and log data. When you take your meds, when you take caffeine, do a spot check every 2-3 hours and note how you feel. That way you can trial and error to find what works best for you.
Great advice and will do; thank you
I honestly don't feel much different on my meds; perhaps my brain feels a bit quieter, if that makes sense? But the folks around me notice the difference! 🤣 stuff is more manageable and I can stay on track better.
Bear in mind, I'm typing this at work as I pump myself up to jump back into client files so... there ya go. It's still a battle, but at least failure isn't a forgone conclusion.
How is the SSRI going? I’m considering starting one but nervous about adjustment period
Rough, ngl. I’m on day 6 and the anxiety is bad. I had multiple panic attacks the first 3 days, but haven’t had any since. I didn’t take it this morning and am going to take it after work instead to quell the anxiety, so we’ll see how that goes. Trying to push through bc everyone says it’s worth it so tbd
I prefer vyvanse over adderall. The former makes me feel like a normal human being and the latter makes me want to do anything and everything, including murdering those who interrupt/interfere with me doing anything and everything.
I am sorry that your SSRI is causing you panic attacks; I have been on and off Lexapro a few times, which is for anxiety and depression. I am not sure which SSRI you are taking, but maybe consider asking for something that does both. I am trying to get back on Lexapro and will tell anyone who listens that it has saved my life multiple times.
I second this about vyvanse. On Adderall, I could not eat like normal and was irritable, but on Vyvanse, I feel like myself just more alert. Vyvanse isn’t cheap (trust me- been on it for a decade so spent a lot, but it’s worth it). They started getting generics last year, so that may be an option for you if you decide you like the formula better than adderall. I’ve only tried one generic so far and didn’t like the particular one I tried, but I’m going to try another when I’m not in trial mode and can risk the time (unlike normal pills, since it is time-released, the timing aspect can vary between generics/brand because the casing for the generics will differ from the brand, but that also means you may ultimately prefer a generic, so it will be very much individual preference).
