I have an interview for a TPM role at Apple where we will explore “how I have worked cross functionally with ‘highly technical teams’”. Beyond this, is there any advice on the minds of experiences and examples that align with Apple's values?

You don't necessarily have to be technical, but you have to understand all of it enough to performance manage. To call them on their BS when they claim something is going to take longer than it should, and to be able to ensure the quality of the work and prevent bugs and errors as much as possible.

A TPM is normally technical...it's in the name. Where I work (NVIDIA) TPMs are not project trackers, but former engineers who own the PRD of their product. I would get clarity what a TPM responsibility is at Apple (at Amazon they are very much project trackers unfortunately).
