Is April month salary slip generated in FIS Global ??? Mine is not showing, when it will generate?
I doubt they didn't give me quarterly variable , I joined in mid February and even salary came less than previous month.
Did they deduct tax in April month salary of it is then fine because they didn't tax in March month .
Kindly comments if anyone have idea .
Thanks

Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

I'd be cautious about doing that. Companies have been known to rescind offers if they feel that someone is playing games with them. No idea if that could happen in your situation, but it's something to consider. And even if it doesn't lead to total disaster, it's worth considering if you'd be getting off on the wrong foot with people at the new gig.
I think if it’s simple matter of OP enthusiastically verbally accepting when broken the news and then thinking into the offer upon reviewing it, then they shouldn’t feel threatened. It was a misstep, but nothing worth rescinding the offer over (unless it’s a shit company).
But yea, if OP repeatedly accepted and then did a 180, or keeps renegotiating, or, like you said, playing games, then they should be more cautious.
How did you agree? Did the recruiter say “your salary will be X” and you said “Ok great no concerns I accept”?
You could say “thanks for the offer, I’m very excited to join the team - upon reviewing the terms further, I would like to discuss adjusting my yearly compensation to $xx given I bring highly relevant skills in X, Y and Z. Let me know if you could help me get to this number, and then I’ll be happy to accept right away”
But overall, never accept verbally. Say you’ll review and get back to them.
I think it’s a bad move. You can always do it but in this market it’s risky.
Agree. And since you already accepted verbally, your negotiation power has dwindled.
