I have been an agency PM for 6+ years, mainly in the branding space. I never had an issue landing a new job these days but have recently been told I don't have enough "stats" in my resume. Most of the work I have delivered may not be directly tied to increases in brand lift (i.e new logo or mission statement etc.), so can be hard to quantify.

Does anyone have any advice on how to insert more data into my resume or might be willing to share their resume for inspiration?

I'm graduating in a few weeks, is to weird to send a holiday gift like wine or a Christmas Card along with my resume? I haven't been hearing back from the companies i have been applying to and I'm looking to stand out.
