I have been in this industry for almost 3 years. I am stunned at the attrition rate at my firm. Sounds like it’s similar the big four and others. What are your thoughts as to what the attrition rates are so high for this particular industry?

Question regarding health insurance: I am going to be giving notice later this month and new insurance does not take effect until 1st if the month after 30 days of employment. So, I will most likely have a gap of one month with no insurance. Is that looked at as a bad thing in regards to insurance companies and what they will cover in the future?
