They offered 55k with the plus Compensation plan

Here’s my thoughts of working there 2 years as an FCAM, company benefits are so good it wowd me. It’s the company you want to have when you build a family. Issue is that you may not get promoted as they do a lot of external hires

I would still choose to work there again for BOA

In the long run, I am looking to work at companies like Microsoft/Amazon/Meta at Sr. TPM or higher level. Based on my current offers, which out of the 2 - Seagate or Intuit will be better from exit opportunities point of view. Note: Seagate offer is higher than Intuit by 20K in total compensation

I was told that I was the chosen candidate for a new role that I applied for which will be promotion, I just recently received my offer and was surprised and decided to start negotiating. My boss immediately said that this is offer, either take it or lose it and no negotiating, and was only given a day to decide whether I want it or not, so he repost the position, and was also told that I was going about it the wrong way for trying to negotiate, Is this wrong of me to negotiate?

My quota is based on invoiced sales that resets quarterly. This includes a sliding-scale commission % based on how far you’re at on your quarterly goal (towards quota) which is checked/paid once a month. The only thing that goes toward our quota is PAID sales. This excludes orders still being processed by DE (largest orders) and customers still within NET payment terms. We don’t get paid until the company gets paid. Am I missing warning potential? Am I being expected of A and judged on B?

Anyone here currently work or have worked for @Gartner as an AE in Large Enterprise? I’ve had a couple of opportunities to interview over the past several years but have passed both times. Pay appears to be pretty solid from what I’ve been told and I’d eventually like to work a smaller book size and sell services instead of SaaS, as these are usually always in demand regardless of economic conditions.

Hey everyone, need some career help...

I’m currently a BDR at a small family business who specializes in financial services. Total sales team is 11 people just to give you an idea.

I’ve been here for 2 years now and it’s my first job out of college. Id like to move to a larger company with more growth and training as I know it will help me for the future.

I’m afraid that with my limited experience and an unknown company that will be hard to get my foot in anywhere. What should I do?
