I have received an offer from HSBC for an AVP position with a package of 30 LPA, while another bank is offering me 35 LPA. However, I am inclined to join HSBC. Is there a possibility for HSBC to match the other offer and issue a revised offer letter with a salary of 35 LPA?

Started as an HR Admin, basically in a call center for all HR related inquiries and now am a Sr Admin assisting with escalations, interviewing, training new hires, supporting my team, scheduling, keeping track of stats- phone calls, tickets resolved, etc. I’m making $52k per year and work remote out of MA.
