Bought my first option contract a few weeks back (CRM $230c 4/9, $3.00) Kind of a shadow trade from discussions here but I generally thought there was hope with crm being back to price level pre slack acquisition news. Anyways I’m bleeding a bit, currently at $1.09. Can I get opinions on best way to exit with minimal losses here? HODL?
I am doing UXR interviews, and although I have read that a background in design is not required for UXR, I have been asked a few times now what my design experience is, and if I know how to use design apps.
I have ample research experience and a solid understanding of product development cycles, which I think should be enough to land me a UXR role, but is it? I would love to hear from folk whether it’d be worth taking a few design courses!
I am looking for a referral in Mastercard. I have the JobIds.

We are a family of 4- husband, myself and 2 boys. We flew to Miami and came back. Other than being in flight and at the airport where we double masked, we were all by ourselves avoiding crowded places. Once back, my son got a cold, cough and slight fever too. We went to urgent care and they took a covid test, awaiting results. Now I’m super anxious and scared and feel stupid for exposing my kids. Anyone else in the same position ? Looking for positive vibes.
Interviewing with EY UK and was made aware of a case study round (second round). Any suggestions on what I should expect?
Any tips for asking about a job as I reach the end of my internship? It’s coming towards the end of my contract and I wanted to have a chat with my CD to ask if there is the potential of a position at the end of it. Obviously with COVID I am not expecting anything and, if there isn’t, no hard feelings at all. Does anyone have any tips for how to broach the subject?
I’m tracking down an article that’s been on my mind but I can’t find it for the life of me. It’s about domestic expectations of men and women, and how often men will express eagerness for domestic and work equality, but stop short of actually doing more domestic work. Domestic things still need to get done, and women fill that gap. It’s a lot of small things, but when you zoom out the collective impact shows massive impact. Death by 1000 paper cuts.
Does anyone know this article?? Where is it??
I have a second interview with Meta for a Technical Program Manager role following today's call with the recruiter. Any inputs on how to prepare for the interview would be truly appreciated. Going to be burning the candle this weekend. 🙏
Anyone know of any marketing jobs that are remote or in the San Antonio area? Especially ones with a short hiring process. Thanks!

I see a lot of posts around folks moving from consulting to industry, after 3 years of making the switch after a decade in consulting here are my learnings for what’s it worth:
1. Level set expectations - salary and title will not grow at same pace as consulting 2. It’s not survival of the fittest and your peers are not going to act, think, work at the pace you are used to (be kind and listen) 3. In the industry your game is long (don’t think about growth every 2 years, play the long game) cont
