What can be expected CTC for 7 yrs exp level 9 in Accenture for application devloper project role . Current CTC is 13.92

I recently switched to a developer role in a product based company from a support engineer for past 4 years in a service based company. I got a good hike as well.

Is there a mandatory client interview for all projects in Capgemini after joining ?

How come in TV shows there are different salaries for different actors? And it's even worse when you bring numbers in. Per episode, there have been cases where some people make twice as much as others.

Any @capgemini fishes here to confirm current salary band for C and SC? Ideally HR Transformation and EE experience but just good to get some numbers and what leeway is there in negotiation?

Standard M2 Base? I feel overworked and underpaid

I am a registered sales assistant which means I have my series 7. I also have the 63 and my Life & Health license. I was a financial advisor but the role is commission only so I decided to take a role as an assistant for some time to learn etc. I really like my role, but I only make 32k a year and after taxes I only take home about 25k. I have a gut feeling that I’m not being paid market value but it’s tough to find comparable salaries. Do you think $15.38/hr is a fair wage in this case?

What is the average salary for an account manager in employee benefits at brokers firm? And what about a senior account manager salary? I have 7 years of experience in the health insurance industry. I want to see if I’m on track or if it would be out of line to ask for a raise.

I have 3 years experience being an account manager in a large brokerage. I got promoted to be a supervisor to a small team of account managers and started at $77k and have now increased to $83k 6 months later. Hey everyone - I am currently in the process of evaluating a few sports sponsorships for a client. These are for minor league teams - nothing professional. Taking into consideration our marketing objectives, budget, etc. What are some good tips for pricing these out? Physical assets like billboards and programs are $$ but social media assets shouldn’t be *that* expensive.

Random: is anyone in the same mindset as me that everything has a black or white answer and grey is just created by people that don’t want to make tough decisions? It’s a debate I have going on with my wife and some other outside parties.

Is the CPA designation worth it? For me it would take me 1 year of PREP courses and 2 years of PEP until i can write the CFE. And I am 27 years old right now. Also wondering if it would be crazy to pursue the CPA while learning how to code to be a developer as well?
