I joined guidehouse a couple months ago. I have a only few days of PTO accrued. I heard GH is shifting to “unlimited PTO” and my PTO balance might not rollover to 2021 due to policy change. Does that mean I basically have to take off next week or else I lose them? Some of my coworkers have weeks of PTO saved up, so they lose those days then?

Hello everyone! How do you manage holiday pay when the holiday is on a Saturday/ Sunday. For example, if I have someone working on Christmas (Sunday), they should be paid 1.5 but what if they work on Monday as well?I know this might sound silly to some people but I’m covering for payroll for the holidays and I don’t want to mess up!
