I need some tough love / reality check. I’m having a difficult time with my manager. Our work styles and communications styles have been a huge issue. And frankly I don’t think they like me. It’s taken a toll on my mental and physical health. I think I heard once the biggest factor of someone’s health is their manager/job. I have been finding a number of providers that are in-network (UHC) but the surgery centers are out of network and I was told that I have to use in-network. Has anyone else encountered this problem? I'm not seeing how much use the benefit is when the most expensive part is out of network.
