I received 2 offers as a BDR. Salary and OTE is identical for both roles but Company A is offering incentive stock options to purchase 6,000 shares of Common Stock (the "Option Shares") of the Company and has a 4.1 on Glassdoor.

Company B has same salary base and OTE but no options and a 4.9 on Glassdoor.

I talked to someone who currently works at B but has also worked at A and he is all about B. I’m slightly into B more but am I missing out if I don’t take A and it’s equity?

Currently an associate at a V30 and negotiating a partnership position at another V30. What is the correct way to maximize the pay in the negotiation as a lateral partner? I have given my interview in HCL and cleared 1 TP, 1 hcl manager & Client TP and Client Manager rounds .
In initial screening HR told the generic statement of 30-40% and I have given my ask as 50% minimum. After clearing the rounds I heard from the project team that Client has given great feedback and wanted to take me in .
What is the % I can ask in HR Discussion and will they reject in HR if I ask more now .

Has anyone ever asked to renegotiate their salary after starting a job? I’m 2 months into my new job and I have far more responsibilities than what I was told. It’s a lot different than what was relayed in the posting and during the interviews. Additionally, they hired my counter part in as a senior manager which is at least $30k more than what I make. I had a job interview for a role that I really want. The hiring manager scheduled me for an interview and did not show up.
