I recently started T2 consulting after M7 MBA. Over the past few weeks I’ve been reached out by a few MBB recruiters. Having been on FB a while, I feel like everyone would say I should definitely interview. But is it really worth it? I just started T2 so don’t want to burn a bridge just yet, and don’t hate my life (team is nice, good benefits, less egos to deal with, wlb is decent right now). Am I being dumb for telling them I’m not interested right now?

So i have been fortunate that i have managed to go through my career without the need for a degree. It's gotten to the point where I am not even asked about the lack of a degree on my resume. Personally though, it bothers me.
