Hello All,
I have recently joined FIS Global around end of April. My mother recently met with an accident and she needs to be operated.
I haven't been able to update the anything regarding the insurance part yet on FIS portal.
Will my mother's treatment be covered under the insurance? If yes, what's the procedure for the same? What are the documents that I need to submit in order to claim the amount?
Can anyone please guide?

I'll only get another one if/when I need to. I'm single in a LCOL area, so I'm doing okay just working my normal job. Huge respect to you for grinding multiple to make sure your kids have a good life, I can't imagine how draining that must be. You sound like a great parent.
Thanks. I got my MBA while working full time too, so I'm used to the grind. That was also a form of job security insurance.
I worked 2 or 3 jobs at a time. I cut back to one when I became a single father and after I discovered how much I was missing I will probably never work 2 jobs again.
I had my kids at 36 and 39, so I know from experience!
I am right there with you. I have had two job for as long as I can remember. I don't know how anyone can survive on one salary in this economy.
We could survive, but we started late on saving and we like to take trips and not pinch pennies so here we are.
Yep. I keep it quiet, but I have a baking business on the side and it actually generates around $2000 a month in profit. Nobody at work knows about it and I don't particularly want them to. But it's been really helping with my family and covering all the bills.
That's fantastic! Good for you. Mine brings in about $1k/month, although it could be more if I worked more. But I don't want to burn out.
I worked a second job while my daughter was in college and it made a huge difference. I stopped when she graduated.
I will probably retire around graduation time so I plan to keep the side gig for extra fun money.
