When do you know you've toured enough houses and should pick one from the list you've got? I've seen probably 15-20 homes, and put in one offer. How many homes should you tour minimum, and how many offers did you put in before you closed? I don't want to be too hasty and choose something just because, but I also think continuing to see homes isn't really making my decision any easier. Thanks!

Buying a house with monthly expense of $4900, although my current rent is only $2350. My total HHI with my husband is about $310K. I am working with a loan agent for a mortgage account. Per the agent, I will get a credit of 1000$ once I open the checking account. It should cover the loan application fee and commitment fee. (1100$)
Here’s the catch — the account has a 24$ monthly maintenance fee. And that gets waived with the mortgage.
