I come from a Big4 consulting firm with a background in Enterprise Performance. I’ll be honest and say I’m not feeling very safe in my current role with the ongoing layoffs. Instead of leaving, I’d love to go back to my “consulting roots” and join the ProServ team. I’m taking my AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner exam next weekend. Hoping this freeze is lifted soon.

Other companies are on a hiring freeze.
So where are those people going?
Did we did a mistake by choosing tech as a career.
Cause I never heard consulting,finance or people in administration getting layed off like this.

We have one that emails the entire firm every few days with these SCREEDS that are like weird stream of consciousness accusations of baseless criminal and unethical conduct. So far there have been 2 emails already today. A GAL has been appointed and ordered to do a psych eval on this party, but is there any sense in responding in the mean time? I joined the company 1 month after series A and I was told by my boss that employees get equity based on their future value to the company, not based on their success in the short term. My clients are pushing back on it this year, and I can't say I blame them. If I were in their shoes, I'd rather take the risk of not filing than the expense of filing again. I’ve been reading alot of Les Binet books/reports I’m new to how proper advertising work! I’m mostly focused on digital. But now wanting to get a grip of the bigger picture!

Les Binet mentions alot about brand building and activations, sometimes he will point to out to similar case studies and he would say this is brand building and this is an activation but they are very similar?
