I need to get off Ridalin to safely be pregnant (I'm not pregnant yet, but plan to be soon). I'm terrified that not taking my meds is really going to impact my work performance. Before I was diagnosed and medicated I almost got fired from my previous firm. I've been on meds the whole time I've been at this job and have performed pretty well. Will I get fired if I stop Ridalin? Some have suggested taking anti-anxiety meds while pregnant because they are safer, but not sure that will work

I have a contingent offer after being laid off in spring due to COVID. Since then the job market has obviously been tough, so a few buddies and I started a start up that has done very well, but we haven’t filed for LLC status yet (keeps pushing back). We have ~10 guys working on various areas. I just received an offer back in my usual industry, and have been truthful in my experiences.
