Highly suggest Dark chocolate while you make that list. I do one square 90+ % cacao in (the evening when snack craving kicks in) Little bites to make it last with water between bites. Makes you feel full and helps you taste the sweetness. I find that it fully satisfies any craving and helps you feel full because of the water (can do a glass of red wine too). I’ll usually do baked chicken wings in the middle of the week as a reward to get me through the week too. Keep it up! Cravings will go away soon. This is the hardest part
