Faced this weird behaviour from Optum recently. Gave interview for Data Scientist position. HR said feedback is positive. Asked for documents. It's been month now since I have shared the documents. I have no update on the offer. Today I called HR, she called me back saying the position is on hold due to recalibration in team, She has shared interview feedbacks to other teams and will get back to me in couple of days. I am clueless now. My last working day is approaching (In a month). Any Help??

Review the role and JD to assess skills necessary. Think of examples where those skills where required and if it’s something you haven’t done, do research. You can ask them to clarify, I would hope they want to help you to be successful..
Brush up on ProSci methodology for change
Thanks, I frequently use ADKAR to guide myself on structuring my work stories, but I sometimes feel like I sound like a student rather than professional. I think its b/c I feel Im missing some fundamental or just want to make sure I know everything there is so I can answer in the best way.
Coach
Is there anyone you can ask? Generally, clarifying questions are encouraged for case studies.
It’s basically a technical interview. Don’t stress, it’s pretty simple. What role are you interviewing for?
@OP - I meant what level. It will certainly be a mock client situation and you’ll be asked to explain how you would tackle the situation and deliver a change mgmt solution, so be familiar of a change mgmt methodology (tried and true)
Not sure what region you are interviewing for but Midwest is an actual case. There are some behavioral/skills tied in but it’s nothing to sweat over. Good luck - you’ll do great!
Thanks. The Recruiter called it a skills/lite case interview. i think there will be a moch client and then case scenarios I will have to anlayze and solve per my experience. Is that how it kinda goes down in the midwest ? Im on the westcoast.
Someone mentioned Prosci, which is base, but do you have any suggestions for aources to practice different cases in this field?
