I work for a boutique consulting firm as a change management lead. Over the past year I’ve worked on several employee initiatives (in addition to my project) and leadership has noticed my work. I was asked to apply for a role in corporate - great fit with my skills/interests but more responsibility, req YOE but no pay increase. 1st interview went great but I’m not sure if I should continue.
