IBM had the worst vacation and holiday policies of any tech/consulting company I have worked for. Why is it so outdated in its culture? Other companies typically give the last week of December off along with generous holidays even for July 4th weekend and 20 plus/unlimited vacation days. IBM has only 12 days of holidays or something like that for tenure and 8 holidays in a year with 2 personal holidays. It’s disappointing

We are required to bill at least 150 hours per month to meet our requirement. My months are typically only 110-130 hours. It seems like the senior partners already have their “go to” associate for things. Does anyone have any suggestions on how i can increase my workload? I reach out for work pretty much weekly.
