Nope, you don’t have the job until you have an actual offer…in some cases not until you actually start working. It’s a good idea to ask the recruiter about their hiring/interview process early on. You could be at 2 interviews out of 5.
I once interviewed with basically everyone that would be on my team, like 4 people, 4 separate interviews …only to find out they next wanted me to present a case study on 2 of my projects in front of CCO, ECD, plus team. 🤪
