I recently joined TCS but I was moved into very different project which was told during hiring. Also they told me for joining incentive but later after 65 days of joining they didn't give saying your business aproval got rejected. I really want to be with TCS but due to project dissatisfaction, I am looking for different job. I am not sure if I can leave the organisation soo soon(4 months) and it should not effect my carrier.

If your long term goal is TAS I think you would be better off transferring directly from audit. If you stick it out one more busy season then you’d probably be in a good position to apply. I just got an offer for TAS with 3 years of experience.
Thank you for sharing. I didn’t wanna hear that... Another year of making <60k is killing me
Coming from a TAS perspective - we regularly hire from audit and basically never hire from non-M&A related industry roles.
Why not just try for TAS now if that’s what you want? Groups are hiring heavily.
Agree with Senior Consultant. Just continue to reach out to people within the TAS groups, and try to make genuine connections with them. The movement into TAS is mostly about networking and having baseline audit experience. My firm has been hiring, and I've heard the same from other firms.
