What’s the hot skill now? AI or BI or BA?
EY, I got my Roth IRA contributions set to max (30%). Does Fidelity automatically lower the % and stop contributions afterwards once I reach my 2022 limit?
Also at Deloitte, I had a couple thousand contributed in the beginning of the year. Does EY's 401k keep track of that as well towards the limit?

If you're getting promoted to manager, you'd get a promo bonus (7.5k), performance-based bonus (2-10%) and a raise (6-18%). Bank.
Isn't that what your signing bonus is for?
Is that ^ on top of you regular bonus? If not that seems low.
So does anyone have an answer about negotiating for a signing bonus as a senior?
^ey4, to your moms house
Is there a promo bonus for a new senior? I always thought it was a progression move not a promote
Yep, we get $5k
Are you serious that is what I got when I got promoted to mgr a few years back, shit everyone is miv
Manager promotion bonus is 7,500
Yes
Not really ey3 cut all bonus by 50% for tax, then realize we are underpaid to start with compared to the other firms then talk to your friends in industry who are reviving 6 figure bonus, then dust off resume
Where'd you go? We'll miss you so
OP, I'd think you could be able to negotiate that if they require you to leave right before a bonus is to be paid. That isn't what a signing bonus is for
EY3 even at the senior level?
I think there's a risk in doing so, but yes, I think it's decently common. I haven't personally done it, though.
Trying to negotiate your promo before getting it is tricky. Assume you'll get X% for your promo plus your base. So negotiate on that.
