Hi All! I hope you guys are staying safe and healthy.
I am hosting a free workshop for teachers that I thought might benefit you. The workshop is called From Unsettled to Prepared Classroom. I am giving you the tools you need to feel organized and ready for this upcoming school year. There is so much that is still uncertain and it can be super daunting to start to plan for a year like this one.

Would be beneficial to bring this up and have them let you know if your new responsibilities—it’s not always a lay-off. Could be they are moving you into a more supervisory role.

Ask your boss(es), and others adjacent to your work. Don't assume anything bad yet. In many companies, bosses get paid based on how many people work for them, so they are incentivized to grow their team regardless of how much work there is. Or maybe there is a big project coming up soon you don't know about, and they are staffing up early instead of waiting until everyone is burned out to hire more people. Maybe some new work requires special skills or a license of some sort. Plenty of possibilities that don't yet mean anything bad for you.
