Funny how specific details, like the time of the call, always stick in your mind. The last time something like this happened to me I had to physically get out of the building and take a walk to cool down. Hope you're doing okay after being yelled at!

I have learned to just develop a thick skin and keep it moving. When this happens, I just "escalate" the matter to my supervisor.
