Hi Fishes, Sometime back I was interviewed for Technical Support Job role in my domain. T1 went well. T2, in my understanding was better only (not great like T1 but not blunder. I felt it was nice and i replied majority of questions). They released the feedback after 10 days with "Not Positive". I am not totally sure with feedback as I replied majority of questions correct. I am being bit curious with "Microsoft" tag. What can be the reason?
Discussion appreciated.

Same boat. Started about ten years after everyone else. But a funny thing happened a few years ago--I stopped giving a shit. You should, too.
Same boat, 25 in entry level position.and my former college roomie was my manager at one point. Everyone's on their own path, showing you are willing to learn& collaborate will get you far
Leverage your few extra years of career experience to differentiate yourself and add value.
It's not a race : ) I started working in advertising at the tender age of 35. Coming from another field ( journalism) helped me develop an original point of view and become a creative director in my first year. If you can be an agent change you will rise fast.
You have experiences they don't via not being in the bubble of advertising for all of the last 5 years. That is valuable!
I'm in a similar spot of my own doing. Went back to college 10 years out of high school so I am at supervisor now at 41. Hoping to move up to assoc director and only thing holding me back based on reviews is no available room in scope on current clients
I'm definitely trying to learn and absorb as much as I can. Reminding myself that there is no timeline for success.
⬆️⬆️⬆️⬆️ Trust anyone from this agency, for real.
Don't let it get you down. I fell in love with advertising after five years of working on the brand side. I couldn't be happier. And while I feel a little "late" to the game, I'm the only one of my friends who truly loves what I am doing.
