D1 is the type of person that makes working here miserable. I hate Deloitte.
D1, maybe you're the type of person we all secretly hate to work with.
Toilet & Douche
Deloitte 1, what’s up dude?
Some firms are paying big time for TS/SCI. Find a recruiter on LinkedIn for companies you are interested in. GT would love to talk to you.
Deloitte is looking for resources like you man don’t listen to that guy
D1 Booz is a step above Deloitte so not sure what you’re implying there. I don’t think anyone other than other big 4 and Accenture would apply to Deloitte
Yes, of course applying would be step 1. Is a better route contacting a recruiter on LinkedIn, having an internal referral, “cold” applying online? I’m trying to gauge salary expectations from those in this bowl
What would ballpark salary be at Deloitte?
Step 1: Apply, Step 2: Ask for your self worth compensation
Stay away from Deloitte. We don’t want you.
Lol don't go to GT.
Best bet is to talk to friends and people in your network who are at other firms. Hitting up recruiters is good to. You can probably get good traction by just applying Online, but that should take a backseat to
I’m not getting paid nearly the market rate. My leadership is aware of how I feel
What do you think you’re worth? I’ll give you honest feedback
Ignore D1. Assuming you’d want to be in our federal (now called GPS) practice, all you really have to do is send your resume to someone that’s willing to refer you. TS/SCIs are strongly sought after given the cost and D usually is willing to pay a premium. Can’t give specifics on numbers because I don’t know where they’d bring you in at, but that doesn’t really matter unless you get through the interview process. At that point, you can always negotiate.
First, why are you leaving?
Grant Thornton - do you have a burner to refer?
EY - why not Grant Thornton? ....on another note, I thought Booz and Deloitte were on the same playing field
How much you getting paid... what do you think you’re worth?
