I’m a General Management Consultant with 7 years of professional experience, a Masters Degree, and TS/SCI. What steps should I take to switch to another consulting firm and what’s a reasonable salary?

I am planning to move to India from United States, I have around 7 year of experience and masters in CS from US university, current pkg is 113k$ per annum in Infosys as senior consultant, how much should I expect Salary Range in India currently in any company??

What's the market these days for someone with not-great technical skills, 12 YOE, TS clearance, hard-to-find/unique skillset, elite masters, middle management in DoD contracting, experience with critical/high profile roles?

I'm thinking 120-135k would be bad/mediocre, 180-195k would be possible/a stretch, and 160-170k would be doable/realistic. Thoughts? Not interested in Deloitte.
